Genesis 7: Yonah Mountain’s flagship wine boasts the flavors of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, malbec, petit verdot, and cabernet franc. You’ll love the flavors of black currants, blackberry compote, and layered spices.
Totem: This is Yonah Mountain Vineyard’s favorite! The tasty selection is created from hand-picked Napa Valley grapes, where some of the best cabernet grapes in the world are grown. It contains deep purple tones, a chocolate aroma, and irresistible flavors such as blackberry jam and sweet toasted oak.
Sauvignon Blanc: Fermented in two different vessels, the sauvignon blanc enjoys a rich, increased viscosity. It is an elegant classic that will delight your taste buds with its intricate flavor.

Yonah Mountain Vineyards Cave Tour
While the tasting room is open to guests 7 days a week, many people line up to participate in the vineyard’s one-of-a-kind experience. The Cave Tour and Tasting leads guests on an intimate walking tour of the winery. The highlight of the journey is the visit to one of the only known wine caves in the Georgia mountains.
