Habersham Winery Selections
The winery’s commitment to quality is apparent in each of their indulgement wines. Perfectly crafted by an expert winemaker, Habersham’s selections are sure to delight your taste buds. There are almost 20 wines to choose from, but here are just a few to help you decide which flavors you might fancy.
Habersham Winery Scarlett: This is Habersham’s best-selling red wine! Featuring flavors of ripe blackberries and blueberries, Scarlett is a perfect blend of Chambourcin, Cabernet, and Vidal. The best part is that it perfectly pairs with nearly every kind of food.
NV Habersham Chardonnay: During a late frost, this wine was invented from fresh juice sourced from California and New York. It boasts a rich apple and pear taste with just the right crispy finish.
Belle Blush: As part of their Southern Harvest collection, the Belle Blush lives up to its name. It’s a sweet, fruity blend made from Muscadine and Chambourcin. It’s a perfect sipping wine after a warm day.
Creekstone Cabernet Sauvignon: Habersham takes pride in this spellbinding cabernet. Its rich flavor includes hints of rich black cherry, toasted oak, and ripe blackberry.
2014 GA. Chambourcin: Fortified to 19.5 % alcohol, this port-like infusion is a big and sweet blend. It goes perfectly with blue veined cheeses, chocolate, and walnuts.
Habersham Winery Tasting Room and Tours
Visitors are always welcome for tours and tastings at Habersham! A wine tasting is only $7.50 per person, includes a taste of 5 wines, and a free souvenir glass. If you’d like to upgrade your experience, we highly recommend attending a tour and tasting! This excursion includes the wine tasting in addition to a behind the scenes tour of the winery. Tours are offered on Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
While reservations are not required for tastings, they ask that you call ahead if you have a group of 10 or more.
